Requirements

  • Deep mastery and hands-on experience managing complex SEO strategies for high-traffic websites (E-commerce, large-scale content, international).
  • Proficiency in Search Console, Screaming Frog and GA4.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate audits, automate reporting, and scale content optimization across large inventories.
  • Understanding of how large language models source, evaluate, and surface content.
  • Proactive, curious, and capable of serving as a strategic reference.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with content and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.
  • Understanding of how AI-driven search is reshaping organic visibility.
  • Experience with structured data, entity optimization, and authority signals that influence LLM outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex SEO strategies for high-traffic websites (E-commerce, large-scale content, international).
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits, semantic SEO, and data visualization.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate audits, automate reporting, and scale content optimization.
  • Audit a brand's presence across AI answer engines, identify citation gaps, and build strategies for visibility in traditional SERPs and generative results.
  • Systematize repeatable SEO tasks through scripting, API integrations, or AI assistants.
  • Serve as a strategic reference for the team and clients, collaborating effectively with content and technical teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts and help the team adapt to the evolving intersection of search and AI.
