About The Position

A founder-led B2B content marketing and SEO agency is looking for an SEO Editor to own editorial quality and content strategy across a portfolio of SaaS and technology client accounts. The agency partners with early-stage SaaS and B2B technology companies to drive scalable organic growth through end-to-end SEO strategy, content production, and performance reporting. The team is lean, the pace is high, and delivery standards are non-negotiable. Day-to-day, the SEO Editor reviews and elevates writer output for tone, SEO accuracy, and brand alignment; builds and manages content calendars; develops keyword-informed content briefs; leads client-facing calls; and maintains operational systems that keep multi-account delivery on track. Success means a measurable lift in content quality, on-time delivery across all accounts, and clients who receive clear, data-backed performance insights every month.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO content writing or copywriting experience, with a transition into editing or content strategy roles
  • Demonstrated ability to edit for SEO accuracy, tone consistency, and brand voice — with a portfolio of published articles or edited content available for review
  • Hands-on experience managing content calendars and coordinating writers across multiple concurrent client accounts in an agency environment
  • Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog for keyword research, content audits, and performance analysis
  • Experience leading client-facing calls and presenting SEO performance reports and content strategy recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, Framer, or a comparable CMS for content publishing and on-page SEO implementation
  • C1+ English (CEFR) — required for direct client communication and editorial ownership of English-language content

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or refining editorial SOPs and content workflow systems in Notion or equivalent project management tools
  • Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or agency-side content marketing
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude) used to streamline content review or brief creation while maintaining editorial quality standards
  • Prior ownership of SEO reporting deliverables including ranking analysis, traffic attribution, and conversion tracking
