About The Position

A multi-brand company in the stem cell banking and cellular technology space is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the full marketing ecosystem across its brands and drive measurable, ROI-accountable growth. The business runs four to five distinct brands spanning direct-to-consumer stem cell banking, a core cellular technology brand, and an industry conference platform. The environment is lean and high-autonomy, with leadership that values proactive ownership and AI-assisted efficiency over large teams or heavy contractor budgets. Day-to-day, the role owns SEO across technical setup and content strategy, paid advertising focused on direct-to-consumer conversions, and organic content creation across platforms. Success means hitting a minimum 3x ROI on paid campaigns, growing organic search authority for the core brands, and sustaining a consistent multi-platform content cadence — with paid budget scaling as performance is proven.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, SEO, and digital marketing with end-to-end ownership of the marketing function for at least one brand or product line.
  • Hands-on execution of both SEO (technical setup — tags, metadata, site structure — and content strategy) and paid advertising (campaign build, optimization, performance monitoring).
  • Demonstrated 3x+ ROI/ROAS on paid advertising campaigns, evidenced by metrics on CV.
  • Proficiency with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and SEO tools for keyword research and site audits (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent).
  • Experience originating and managing organic content across multiple platforms, including static social/imaging content.
  • C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing strategic communication.
