About The Position

TurboTenant is seeking an SEO Content Producer to manage the editing, QA, and operational workflows for its brand portfolio. This role involves taking ownership of content production cycles, managing freelance teams, and ensuring all published content meets high standards for accuracy, brand voice, and SEO performance. The SEO Content Producer will act as the operational backbone of the SEO Content Team, collaborating with the SEO Content Team Lead, freelance subject-matter experts, and cross-functional marketing teams. The position focuses on transforming high-level roadmaps into efficient execution cycles, utilizing modern AI workflows and scalable systems to maintain high-speed content publishing without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth through high-performing content.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Deep experience using WordPress for content creation, formatting, optimization, and management.
• Familiarity with modern SEO analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex property management concepts into clear, engaging, persona-driven content.
• Strong organizational skills with a history of delivering high-volume, quality work under tight deadlines while managing external contributors.
• Enthusiastic use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) for research, QA checks, and production.
• Experience documenting workflows, sharing learnings, and elevating editing standards.
• A proactive ownership mindset, taking pride in the accuracy and health of published copy.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day with external writers and subject-matter experts, managing assignment briefs, tracking turnaround times, and providing detailed copy feedback.
• Own the copyediting and QA workload for a large monthly volume of SEO content, including blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, and refreshes, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Partner with the SEO Content Team Lead to execute the content roadmap, managing WordPress staging, formatting, internal linking, and publishing schedules.
• Use performance data to identify underperforming content and execute strategic content refreshes and consolidations.
• Continuously document editing standards, content briefs, and QA cycles to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate content briefs and brand-specific projects across TurboTenant’s brand portfolio (TenantCloud and Rentler), ensuring messaging consistency.
• Integrate AI workflows into content production, QA, and research cycles to accelerate output and enhance SEO strategy.
