SUMMARY OF THE POSITION We are seeking an experienced, client-focused professional to join Sequoia Financial Group’s dedicated service team for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and complex multi-entity relationships. As a Sentinel Client Service Associate, you will serve as a primary service point of contact for clients and their representatives — including family office staff, attorneys, CPAs, and trustees — while partnering closely with Financial Advisors and internal teams to deliver seamless, high-touch service across complex financial structures. This role will involve complex entity structures, alternative investment operations, and the elevated service expectations of sophisticated wealth management relationships.
