Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reconcilement experience
• Previous sales or supervisory experience
• Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
• Typically the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Good leadership abilities
• Excellent customer service and sales skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily settlement with FRB and Correspondents
• Reports local clearing totals
• Processes incoming and outgoing wires
• Provides customer support for CCM Prod
• Performs Sales/Training CCM Customers
• Performs Loan Department ACH origination
• Responsible for ACH processing
• Performs ACH reconcilement for FRB&DDA
• Verifies prenotes/DNE
• Process affidavits
• Handles Branch and customer calls
• Provides day-to-day coaching, counseling and development to employees
• Adherence to all regulatory compliance policies and procedures
