We are seeking a senior-level Windows and Digital Workspace Engineer to help design, modernize, and operate enterprise Windows platforms and digital workspace services that deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing user experiences. This role will place strong emphasis on senior Windows engineering skills, including Windows 11 architecture, endpoint configuration, image engineering, policy management, application compatibility, security hardening, lifecycle management, and large-scale enterprise deployment practices, while also supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 Cloud PC, automation, and persona-based workspace tooling. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across Microsoft end-user computing, Windows endpoint engineering, cloud-hosted virtual desktop platforms, profile and persona management, application delivery, and operational automation. This engineer will partner closely with infrastructure, security, endpoint management, application, and operations teams to engineer reliable Windows desktop standards, modern endpoint configurations, secure baseline policies, and digital workspace services that align with business needs while improving reliability, manageability, performance, and end-user productivity. The role requires a strong senior Windows engineering mindset, hands-on experience with enterprise Windows platforms, cloud and virtualization technologies, and the ability to automate repeatable processes that reduce operational overhead and improve service quality.
