Tardus Wealth Strategies is building a mission-driven team focused on helping high-performing individuals create sustainable cash flow and long-term wealth. This is not transactional selling, but structured, consultative enrollment into a system designed to change financial outcomes. We believe how you sell matters just as much as what you sell. Our clients trust us with major financial decisions and we take that responsibility seriously. This role is a Senior Wealth Coach who owns the full sales cycle from qualified first meeting to enrollment and expansion. The role is responsible for converting qualified prospects into paying clients, increasing client value through VIP upsells and renewals, and contributing to and growing a referral-driven pipeline. This is a production role first, with coaching and mentorship earned through consistent performance. The pipeline works with a baseline of company-supported opportunities and a system to generate client and affiliate referrals, along with proven frameworks to build centers of influence (CPAs, real estate agents, business owners). You will not be guessing—you will be executing a proven system.
