As a Senior Water Resources Leader, you will lead the successful delivery of complex water resources and transportation infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases from planning and watershed evaluation through final design and construction support. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including drainage studies, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, stormwater management planning, floodplain evaluations, and the preparation of design plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), while ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and budget and schedule commitments. You will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams, guiding the development of innovative and sustainable drainage solutions for roadway, municipal, and water resources projects. The role requires coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, regulatory agencies, and external partners to proactively manage project risks and ensure the delivery of high-quality, technically sound solutions. The Senior Water Resources Leader is accountable for project performance, resource allocation, technical excellence, and client satisfaction, serving as a trusted advisor on drainage design, watershed management, flood risk mitigation, and H&H modeling strategies. This position reports to the Technical Practice Manager and plays a key role in driving operational excellence, mentoring technical staff, expanding client relationships, and supporting business growth within the water resources practice.
