Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
Knowledge in pharmacy operations.
Knowledge in pharmacy systems.
Knowledge in pharmacy adjudication.
Knowledge in benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and health insurance calculations.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to collaborate across business units.
Ability to manage relationships effectively.
Ability to organize work, maintain accuracy, and attend to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze information and apply mathematical reasoning.
Ability to solve problems and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity.
Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement.
Controls inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness.
Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.
Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs.
Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.
Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring.
