About The Position
The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring performance in an assigned warehouse area, with an emphasis on either inbound receiving or outbound fulfillment. The role is based at The Feed’s warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado, and combines warehouse associate duties with limited supervisory responsibilities. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow and delegate instructions and procedures.
- Comfort giving constructive feedback.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Execute fulfillment expectations based on the current operating structure.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Accurately manage inventory and maintain warehouse organization.
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory.
- Ensure assigned Warehouse Associates complete their duties efficiently and on time.
- Delegate tasks, keep associates on track, assign projects, and help manage performance expectations.
- Train new staff on current order fulfillment procedures.
- Set standards for the proper completion of warehouse tasks.
