Sr. Warehouse Associate - Overnight
About The Position
The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of an assigned warehouse area, with a focus on either inbound receiving or outbound fulfillment. The role is based at The Feed’s warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado, and combines warehouse associate duties with supervisory responsibilities. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Compensation is $27 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential for eligible weekend hours worked; the differential applies only to qualifying hours, not the entire overnight shift.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow and delegate instructions and procedures.
- Comfort with giving constructive feedback.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Execute fulfillment expectations based on the current operating structure.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Accurately manage inventory and keep the warehouse organized.
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory.
- Ensure assigned Warehouse Associates complete their duties efficiently and on time.
- Delegate tasks, keep associates on track and busy, assign projects, and help manage performance expectations.
- Train new staff on current order fulfillment procedures.
- Set standards for proper completion of warehouse tasks.
