Alpha Product Implementation Strategy and Standards, Senior Vice President. This role is responsible for owning the global delivery of Middle Office product implementations for Alpha, leading multi-regional teams across core vertical practice areas. The position involves designing and executing operating models, acting as the primary execution interface to Product and Technology, and ensuring delivery discipline, operational readiness, and risk mitigation. The role also includes building and leading a global implementation organization, standardizing delivery governance, and scaling execution capacity. Furthermore, it entails assuming enterprise accountability for Alpha implementation strategy, expanding into the definition, standardization, and governance of how middle-office products and services are industrialized, deployed, and scaled globally. This includes leading a significantly expanded global organization, growing from approximately 100 professionals to nearly 200 employees, and owning cross-practice vertical and horizontal functions. The role also involves setting firmwide Alpha implementation standards that influence sales, partnering with Sales, Product, and Solutions to shape commercially viable offerings, and acting as an enterprise connector across Product, Technology, Operations, and market infrastructure to reduce duplication, accelerate onboarding, and drive implementation cost efficiencies. Finally, the role focuses on driving ROI realization and value capture for Alpha implementations, ensuring platform investments and client implementations deliver measurable outcomes.
