About The Position

Pershing LLC seeks a Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer to perform Agile Release Train (ART) or product functions. This role involves facilitating development events and processes, assisting teams in delivering value, communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement. The position also includes participating in lean-agile transformations, coaching leadership and teams in agile mindsets and new processes, and working with the Agile Program Management Office on program execution and operational excellence. The role requires understanding and operating within Lean Budgets to ensure adherence to Guardrails, optimizing flow through the program, facilitating PI Planning and readiness, and aggregating Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives. The Senior Vice President will also escalate and track impediments, ensure strategy and execution alignment, and manage risks and dependencies while reporting status.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the financial services industry.
Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Release Train Engineer tools to manage effective delivery of large scale, client facing enterprise software development for applications associated with Treasury Services business initiatives.
Utilizing domain in data visualization and data management to implement initiatives related to data analytics.
Providing guidance on payment processing, payment channels & gateways.
Facilitating AGILE release train events which include program increment planning, system demonstration, and quarterly planning across multiple cross functional teams.
Maintaining and executing the deliverables in IBM T Pro, and Atlassian JIRA tool, and using JIRA query management for project reports.
Orchestrating software delivery lifecycle process and executing business strategy by proactively tracking and reporting the objectives & key results.
The employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any field and two (2) years of related experience to meet the degree requirement.
