About The Position

Our customer has several openings for Sr. RTEs for a hybrid, on-site effort here in Charlotte. This is a multi-year engagement with the possibility of FTE conversion with great performance. We are only able to engage W2 personnel for this role; C2C and transfer candidates will not be considered.

Requirements

3+ years of pointed Release Train Engineer tenure
Deep experience supporting a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Jira, Confluence and other like tools
Highly collaborative, strong presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Facilitate enterprise Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies
Oversee and run PI Planning sessions
Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles.
Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy.
Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
