As Senior Vice President of Operations, you will play a central role in shaping how we deliver on our mission-leading strategy across all primary service channels and operational functions. This is a high-impact executive role with broad influence, strong partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team, and the opportunity to guide the future of member experience, operational impact, and organizational performance. As SVP of Operations, you will set the vision and direction for enterprise-wide operations, ensuring our systems, teams, and processes deliver consistent, high-quality, and secure service across all member touchpoints. You will oversee a broad portfolio including Branches, Call Center, Risk & Fraud, Operations Support, Payments, and Facilities-balancing innovation with strong risk management and operational discipline. This role requires both strategic leadership and the ability to engage in the details-guiding large teams, supporting leaders, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
