About The Position

Lead the transformation of a global supply organization supporting a rapidly expanding portfolio of innovative specialty medicines. Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company with a growing commercial business and an advancing development portfolio. As the organization enters its next phase of growth—expanding its commercial presence, advancing its pipeline, and increasing operational scale—it is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Operations to lead the continued evolution of its end-to-end global supply organization. Reporting to the company's senior Technical Operations leadership, this executive will be responsible for building an integrated global operating model that seamlessly supports both development and commercial operations. This is a highly visible enterprise leadership opportunity—not a traditional functional supply chain role. You will integrate global planning, supply chain, manufacturing network strategy, and regional execution into one cohesive operating model while building the infrastructure necessary to support sustained global growth. Success will be measured by your ability to translate long-term strategy into operational excellence, develop a world-class leadership team, and deliver a resilient, scalable global supply network.
