About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations Strategic Execution & Business Management to join our team. This role is in New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact by driving unprecedented and complex analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations teams and regions by leading high-impact initiatives that support operational priorities, strategies, and performance outcomes. You will serve as the senior accountable owner for complex, cross-functional initiatives of strategic importance, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and measurable results. You will synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into clear, executive-level insights and narratives to support leadership decision-making and operating reviews, including internal business and client meetings. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders by translating operational priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines. You will lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives, providing direction, challenge, and oversight to ensure disciplined and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with the Global Operations leadership team to align business management, reporting, and execution with operating, financial, and strategic objectives. You will enable data-driven decision-making across Global Operations by delivering high-quality management insights that support business results and long-term strategic goals. You will provide forward-looking insights on client trends through analysis of historical data and emerging patterns to support client review discussions. You will maximize team and operations staff effectiveness by fostering strong individual contributions and cohesive team performance in support of enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA/CFA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in Consulting/Strategy and Business Management; 5+ years in senior management
  • Experience in Global Operations Business management
  • Strong leadership experience required
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise operational efficiencies
