About The Position

StoneX Group is seeking a Senior Fixed Income Credit Sales Professional with an established book of institutional relationships and thorough knowledge of fixed income credit products and markets. The role focuses on marketing fixed income credit opportunities to institutional customers, developing new accounts, and cross-selling additional products. Candidates should have a strong, ongoing interest in financial markets, particularly in a dealer front-office Sales and Trading environment.

The hiring salary range is $125,000–$175,000. Salary is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. Subject to business performance and management recommendations, the role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits is offered, depending on the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS).
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• At least 7 years of fixed income sales experience.
• Established sales book of institutional relationships.
• Thorough product and market knowledge within fixed income credit.
• Strong, ongoing interest in financial markets, particularly in a dealer front-office Sales and Trading environment.
• Teamwork, organization, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, winning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Market fixed income credit opportunities by communicating trade ideas to institutional customers through telephone, Bloomberg, email, and other communication tools.
• Prospect and network to open new accounts.
• Cross-sell other products to the client base.
