About The Position

The Senior Fixed Income Credit Trader is responsible for the growth and management of the product. The role is part of StoneX Group’s Institutional business, which provides institutional-grade technology and exposure to asset classes including fixed income securities. The position requires a strong, ongoing interest in financial markets, particularly a dealer’s front-office Sales and Trading environment.

Requirements

• BA or BS in a finance- or economics-related field.
• 5–15 years of fixed income credit trading experience.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Strong, ongoing interest in financial markets, with emphasis on a dealer’s front-office Sales and Trading environment.
• Teamwork, organization, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, winning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the product.
• Communicate trade ideas to salespeople.
• Use electronic platforms to facilitate trades.
• Prepare customized inventory runs for institutional clients.
