About The Position

Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency provides commercial insurance, commercial entertainment, film and tv insurance, employee health & benefits insurance, and private client insurance solutions. As our Vice President on the Commercial Entertainment team, you’ll be responsible for providing the highest quality service to customers, selling new lines of coverage, cross-selling within the existing book of business, and managing a team. The role is the main point of contact between the insurance company (MIB) and clients (Business Managers and/or high net worth individuals) and will provide daily guidance and oversight to the team of support staff responsible for processing transactions of an assigned book of business. Must have extensive experience in their field to include constant expansion of knowledge about new products and services available to suit the needs of each client. As Senior Vice President, greater accountability to develop support staff; evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of their teams; ensure company policies and SOG’s are followed as designed; and to develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and maximum retention of book value.
