The Enterprise Quantitative UX Researcher will lead quantitative UX research for Target's enterprise experiences. This role focuses on understanding the needs, behaviors, and outcomes of enterprise users, including team members, business partners, and vendors. The researcher will own and evolve critical voice-of-user and experience measurement programs, such as System Usability Scale (SUS) measurement, Voice of Vendor/Voice of Business Partner programs, intercept surveys, and benchmarking. The role involves bringing quantitative expertise to shape program design, measurement, governance, and activation, connecting user experience, product health, business outcomes, and enterprise priorities. This position partners closely with qualitative UX researchers, product, design, technology, analytics, data science, business teams, and insights partners to validate and size user needs, identify patterns across large populations, and translate complex data into clear implications for product strategy, design decisions, and business impact. The researcher will also bring quantitative insights to life through reporting, dashboards, storytelling, and reusable measurement approaches. Success requires strong quantitative expertise, UX research judgment, the ability to clarify complex questions, and the ability to turn complex data into stories that influence decisions. The role reports to the Director of Quantitative UX Research and AI Enablement and collaborates with quantitative UX research partners supporting Target’s guest-facing experiences.
