The Senior UX Researcher supporting Guest Experience in Stores will be at the forefront of understanding and shaping the experiences that millions of guests have in Target stores each year. This role will help define the future of how guests shop, discover products, navigate stores, receive service, and interact with digital and physical experiences across the store environment. The researcher will evolve how Target understands guest behaviors, needs, motivations, and pain points throughout the end-to-end shopping journey, including in-store shopping, omnichannel fulfillment, digital-assisted shopping, store services, and emerging retail experiences. The position influences product, service, and operational decisions by bringing the voice of the guest into strategic conversations and ensuring solutions align with guest needs, business objectives, and operational realities.
