About The Position

Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for commercial mid‑market businesses. Working closely with a wide range of broker partners, they take a holistic view of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for everyone involved. This role focuses specifically on underwriting risks for senior care and social services, combining strong technical expertise with relationship‑building to ensure risks are assessed accurately and thoughtfully. As a Senior Underwriter, you will play an important role in sharing knowledge across the team — coaching, mentoring, and helping develop less experienced underwriters. Requirements

• 5+ years of underwriting experience in property, casualty, or automobile
• Completed or are pursuing your CIP designation
• A strong customer service background
• A team‑first mentality
