The Quebec and Ontario Mid‑Market Lending workcells are seeking a Senior Associate to support the origination, underwriting, execution, and ongoing management of senior and junior debt transactions and the associated loan portfolio. This role is ideal for a developing debt professional who is eager to deepen their transaction experience while working closely with experienced members of the team and internal partners.
