About The Position

Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for our commercial mid-market businesses. This particular role is part of our Middle Market Manufacturing & Services team, where we specialize in package underwriting — combining Property, Casualty, Auto, Professional Liability, and Cyber coverages into tailored solutions. Senior Underwriters work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly. While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.
