Senior Trust & Wealth Advisor

The Croghan Colonial Bank•Toledo, OH

About The Position

The Senior Wealth Advisor is an advanced, client-facing professional who leads larger, more complex, and strategically important relationships within Croghan Colonial Bank’s Wealth Management and Trust Department. The role integrates financial planning, tax-aware wealth strategy, estate-planning coordination, investment discussions, fiduciary judgment, relationship management, business development, mentoring, and governance contributions. It operates within a bank trust environment and is not a broker-dealer producer role. Securities licensing is not required for the core position unless Croghan separately assigns licensed activities through approved channels. The advisor serves as the senior relationship presence for complex or sensitive client situations and develops strategies spanning families, entities, trusts, investment accounts, fiduciary structures, banking relationships, business interests, outside advisors, and next-generation stakeholders. The role also originates significant new relationships, cultivates referral networks, mentors colleagues, contributes to team standards, and supports fiduciary, investment, risk, audit, regulatory, policy, or governance work as assigned.
