Senior Trust & Wealth Advisor

The Croghan Colonial Bank•Toledo, OH

About The Position

The Senior Trust & Wealth Advisor is an advanced, client-facing professional in Croghan Colonial Bank’s Wealth Management and Trust Department. The advisor leads larger, more complex, and strategically important relationships, integrating financial planning, tax-aware wealth strategy, estate-planning coordination, investment discussions, fiduciary judgment, relationship management, business development, mentoring, and governance contributions. The position operates within a bank trust environment and uses Croghan’s fiduciary and trust capabilities. It is not a broker-dealer producer role, and securities licensing is not required for the core position unless Croghan separately assigns licensed activities through approved channels. The role serves as a senior relationship presence when complexity, retention risk, fiduciary sensitivity, family dynamics, planning complexity, tax sensitivity, or reputational exposure requires advanced judgment. It involves developing relationship strategies across family members, entities, trusts, investment accounts, fiduciary structures, banking relationships, business interests, outside advisors, and next-generation stakeholders. The advisor also originates significant new relationships, develops referral networks, mentors colleagues, contributes to team standards, and participates in fiduciary, investment, risk, audit, regulatory, policy, or governance work as assigned. Croghan describes its culture as community-based and collaborative, with a focus on helping customers and communities achieve financial goals. Applications are accepted until November 15, 2026.
