About The Position

Elevate is proud to partner with one of Nebraska’s top companies to bring on a Senior Treasury Manager with a clear path into the Treasurer role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced treasury professional to step in and lead a well-established treasury team. Step into this key role reporting to one of the most admired Treasurer’s in Omaha and lead the treasury and cash teams today while gaining exposure to everything the Treasurer does. The company is intentionally building a succession plan and wants to find someone who can come in, learn the organization, earn the trust of the team, and eventually take over for the Treasurer who will retire in the next few years. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to be a Treasurer someday to have a seat at the table and have the baton passed to you from an excellent mentor. The right person will be a true player-coach who is comfortable getting into the details of treasury while also thinking strategically about where the function needs to go. This is a highly visible position with significant exposure to senior leadership. This role will work closely with an excellent CFO who will be deeply involved in the selection, onboarding, and growth of this key hire. Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team supporting cash management, treasury operations, and strategic projects
Oversee core treasury activities including cash management, payments, wires, ACH, bank communication, and daily treasury operations
Build and manage relationships with banking partners while gaining increasing exposure to lending, capital markets, and other strategic financial relationships
Identify opportunities to automate and improve treasury processes, systems, and workflows
