About The Position

The Senior Travel Coordinator is Behaviour Interactive’s go-to expert for all things travel, orchestrating seamless global journeys for employees, from individual business trips to complex group logistics for major industry events and offsites. This role blends deep industry knowledge with a strong service mindset to ensure every trip is efficient, cost-conscious, and fully aligned with company policies. As a trusted partner to employees on the move, the Senior Travel Coordinator also serves as the primary point of contact when challenges arise, providing proactive, and solutions-driven support in real-time travel disruptions.

Requirements

  • A relevant diploma or degree, combined with 5+ years of professional experience in corporate travel, travel management, or a related field.
  • Strong background managing corporate travel, including complex itineraries and group logistics for mid- to large-size offsites and events.
  • Solid understanding of international travel requirements, including visas, entry regulations, airline alliances, rail networks, and major business hubs.
  • Proficiency with corporate travel platforms (Concur or similar), along with experience in travel policy management and spend reporting (Excel or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and supplier relationships, paired with excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English).
  • A service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, great organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate international and domestic business travel (flights, trains, hotels, rentals, transfers), optimizing routes for cost efficiency, travel time, connections, and traveler wellbeing.
  • Administer corporate travel tools (Concur), including booking configurations, traveler profile management, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze travel spend, identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide critical traveler support, and act as the main point of contact during disruptions (cancellations, missed connections, emergencies, documentation, health and safety issues).
  • Own and continuously improve the travel policy, ensuring consistent application while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Support employees and manage complex travel logistics, including onboarding occasional travelers, and coordinating group travel for offsites, client visits, and multi-site gatherings, while maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
