About The Position

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Senior Trauma Nurse Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to support trauma nursing, clinical performance improvement, and multidisciplinary coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.

Requirements

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 states.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in trauma, emergency, critical care, trauma registry, or performance improvement.
• Experience with trauma performance improvement, CPG compliance, case review, registry validation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Secret clearance required.
• CAC eligibility required.
• T3 investigation requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Trauma-related certification such as TCRN, CEN, or CCRN.

Responsibilities

• Support trauma performance improvement activities.
• Support CPG compliance and clinical case review.
• Support trauma registry data validation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary trauma and performance improvement activities.
