About The Position

The Senior Transformation Program Manager is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for driving high-impact transformation initiatives that enable growth, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence across the Commercial HVAC Americas business. This role partners closely with senior leadership, sales, service, and operations teams to translate business strategy into scalable processes, tools, and capabilities. The position plays a critical role in advancing enterprise priorities through cross-functional execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned to CHVAC Americas strategic priorities
  • Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, programs, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive operational improvements across sales, service, and support functions to enhance productivity and customer impact
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and standardize best practices across the organization
  • Partner with key stakeholders to modernize tools, systems, and workflows
  • Implement governance and tracking mechanisms to ensure delivery against key milestones and KPIs
  • Support development and deployment of enablement programs that improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and service leadership to identify capability gaps and drive targeted improvements
  • Leverage analytics and insights to inform performance optimization
  • Drive organizational alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change management
  • Build strong relationships across functions and levels to influence outcomes and drive accountability
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership
