About The Position

The Senior Training Analyst supports the PAE Mission Systems Program Office in delivering high‑quality, operationally relevant Information Warfare (IW) training. This role works directly with Fleet Commanders, the Information Warfare Type Commander (IWTC), and other Navy stakeholders to assess manpower, training, and human performance needs. The analyst ensures these requirements are accurately integrated into the Information Warfare Training Plan (IWTP) and that resulting training solutions enable the fleet to maintain advanced capabilities ahead of potential adversaries. The Senior Training Analyst collaborates across programs, captures stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement, and provides comprehensive training administrative support. A strong background in Navy curriculum development and training administration is required.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Navy Fleet Commanders, Type Commanders, or other major Navy stakeholders.
  • Background in Navy curriculum development, instructional systems design (ISD), or formal training administration.
  • Knowledge of Information Warfare mission areas, fleet training processes, and readiness frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse stakeholders and incorporate feedback into training improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing training scenarios or exercise support materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Fleet Commanders, IW Type Commander, and additional stakeholders to identify and assess manpower, training, and human performance requirements.
  • Integrate validated requirements into the Information Warfare Training Plan (IWTP).
  • Ensure IW training remains operationally relevant and aligned with evolving fleet needs.
  • Develop and support delivery of realistic, secure, and scalable training scenarios for individual operators and integrated fleet-level exercises.
  • Capture, analyze, and incorporate lessons learned from exercises, operations, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training content and systems.
  • Collaborate across programs and mission areas to synchronize training solutions with emerging fleet capabilities.
  • Provide Training Administrative Support to the PAE Mission Systems Program Office, including documentation, scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with security, operational, and training standards across all activities.
  • Apply Navy curriculum development expertise to create, update, and manage training materials, assessments, and course documentation.
  • Support the alignment of human performance strategies with IW operational readiness requirements.
