Seattle City Light is seeking a Senior Training & Education Coordinator to join the Workforce Education and Engagement team within the Employee Development, Equity, and Belonging Division of the People and Culture Business Unit. In this role, you will help shape the learning experience of our workforce by designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact safety training learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and teams across the utility and other City departments to ensure our training efforts align with organizational needs and support employee growth. This position plays a key role in driving professional development initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. This role requires the ability to work onsite a minimum of three (3) days per week and to thrive in open, collaborative work environments.
