The Senior Trainer is responsible for ensuring the qualitative and efficient functionality of Evolution Academy Trainers. This role requires a responsible, flexible, and open-minded individual who can lead and develop current trainers, work with statistical data to provide reports, and coordinate projects within Evolution Academy. The Senior Trainer will also be responsible for creating trainer work schedules, monitoring their performance, and maintaining high results by analyzing and resolving quality and service issues. This includes identifying trends, recommending system improvements, and driving team results to meet EA KPI targets. The role also involves preparing and updating training materials, reporting software or hardware issues, ensuring trainees learn the correct skills for each game, and assisting in the development of the training and recruitment program. The Senior Trainer must stay informed about procedural changes, assess their impact on the training program, and report to their manager. They will also report on sickness and schedule changes, attend meetings and re-trainings, and take responsibility for completing duties both within and outside of working hours. Additionally, the Senior Trainer must report any failures by team members to meet company standards, follow procedures, or adhere to legal requirements, and ensure trainees follow all procedural, legal, and disciplinary procedures. Finally, they must follow any reasonable company requests that meet business needs.
