About The Position

WaterBridge is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to manage the day-to-day execution of WaterBridge’s benefits programs. This role encompasses benefit administration, renewals, supporting equity planning (including executive compensation), and proxy reporting. The position requires a blend of HR and finance expertise, with comfort in both numbers and SEC disclosure requirements, as well as managing benefit renewals. This role is ideal for someone with a finance background looking to apply their skills in HR and total rewards. The role reports to the SVP, Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or related analytical function.
  • Experience contributing to or preparing a public company proxy statement.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
  • Comfort working with large datasets, equity/vesting calculations, and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Familiarity or ability to learn SEC executive compensation disclosure rules, ERISA, and equity plan administration.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
  • Excellent written communication skills and deck preparation, particularly for board/committee-level materials.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant certification (CCP, CEP) a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, administration, and vendor relationships for health, welfare, and ancillary benefit programs in collaboration with the benefits broker.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, renewals, and benefits budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of the 401(k) plan, including recordkeeping, vendor management, and employee communications, working with the benefits broker.
  • Coordinate annual compliance testing, audits, and Form 5500 filings for the 401(k) plan.
  • Partner with the plan's investment committee and outside counsel/advisors as needed for the 401(k) plan.
  • Support, design, and administer the company’s annual LTIP program, including annual grant recommendations and vesting schedules.
  • Maintain accurate equity records and ensure timely, accurate reporting for accounting and tax purposes with the Fidelity Stock Plan Administrator.
  • Partner with the compensation consultant to prepare market benchmarking and pay analysis for executives, including LTIP.
  • Co-own the compensation-related sections of the annual proxy statement (CD&A, compensation tables, pay-versus-performance disclosures).
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and outside counsel to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely SEC filings.
