Crescent is seeking a highly organized and analytical HR professional to support and enhance key areas of the HR function within Total Rewards including payroll, benefits; helping improve the processes, data integrity, and communications that enable an efficient and responsive HR function. This role will build broad HR experience in a fun, collaborative, and fast paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in human resources, HR operations, HR analytics, benefits, payroll, total rewards, or a related field preferred.
Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS preferred; Workday experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated organizational and project-coordination skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
A collaborative, customer-focused approach add a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Benefits, Payroll & Total Rewards Support benefits administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including new-hire orientation, qualifying life events, dependent documentation, eligibility and enrollment, employee inquiries, and carrier or vendor coordination.
Assist with recurring benefits processes, including evidence-of-insurability approvals and denials, dependent age-outs, billing and invoice reconciliation, list-bill audits, benefits reporting, and resolution of vendor file errors.
Support biweekly payroll preparation by validating employee changes, new hires, terminations, paid-time-off payouts, leave status, time-off approvals, tax and payment elections, compensation changes, bonuses, one-time payments, and other required payroll inputs.
Provide backup support for payroll processing, assist with payroll reconciliations, review W-2 error reports, respond to payroll inquiries and service tickets, and research OneSource Virtual (OSV) cases.
Assist with the administration of compensation and other total rewards programs, including data analysis, reporting, employee communications, and recurring program activities.
Compliance & Annual HR Programs Support recurring compliance and reconciliation activities, including payroll tax report reviews, 401(k) and FSA discrepancy resolution, benefits document maintenance, and benefits portal updates.
Contribute to annual benefits and HR programs, including open enrollment communications and Workday configuration, vendor enrollment files, Medicare Part D and CMS reporting, benchmarking surveys, RxDC filings, health and welfare Form 5500 preparation, HSA and FSA audits, wellness fair coordination, ACA reporting, and retirement plan administration.
Assist with year-end payroll readiness, including payroll schedules, FLSA calendars, ledger periods, W-2 processing preparation, and the annual 401(k) audit.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Operations & Employee Experience Support the employee lifecycle by maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS data, documentation, and other HR administrative processes.
Serve as a responsive resource for employees by addressing routine HR, benefits, and payroll questions and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Maintain data integrity within Workday and other HR systems, support audits and record-retention requirements, and identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, processes, and documentation.
Develop employee communications, presentations, process guides, training materials, and other resources that make pay and benefit programs and processes clear and easy to navigate.
Coordinate pay and benefit training and development initiatives, including participant communications, program materials, learning management system activities, and compliance reporting.
Prepare reports, presentations, announcements, and employee engagement materials for a variety of internal audiences.
