About The Position

WaterBridge is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to drive the day-to-day execution of WaterBridge’s benefits programs, from benefit administration and renewals to supporting equity planning (including executive compensation), and proxy reporting. This role sits at the intersection of HR and finance and requires someone equally comfortable with numbers and SEC disclosure requirements as they are managing a benefits renewal. This is a strong fit for someone with a finance background who wants to apply those skills to HR and total rewards. This role reports to the SVP, Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or related analytical function; prior experience in HR not required
  • Experience contributing to or preparing a public company proxy statement
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills; comfort working with large datasets, equity/vesting calculations, and compensation benchmarking tools
  • Familiarity or ability to learn SEC executive compensation disclosure rules, ERISA, and equity plan administration
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
  • Excellent written communication skills and deck preparation, particularly for board/committee-level materials

  • MBA or relevant certification (CCP, CEP) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with benefits broker to manage the design, administration, and vendor relationships for health, welfare, and ancillary benefit programs
  • Lead annual open enrollment, renewals, and benefits budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations
  • Work with benefits broker to oversee administration of the 401(k) plan, including recordkeeping, vendor management, and employee communications
  • Coordinate annual compliance testing, audits, and Form 5500 filings
  • Partner with the plan's investment committee and outside counsel/advisors as needed
  • Support, design, and administer the company’s annual LTIP program, including annual grant recommendations and vesting schedules
  • Work with Fidelity Stock Plan Administrator to maintain accurate equity records and ensure timely, accurate reporting for accounting and tax purposes
  • Partner with compensation consultant to prepare market benchmarking and pay analysis for executives, including LTIP
  • Co-own the compensation-related sections of the annual proxy statement (CD&A, compensation tables, pay-versus-performance disclosures)
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and outside counsel to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely SEC filings
