About The Position

The Senior TM Sales Data and Insights Analyst leads the development and delivery of sales performance metrics that drive revenue and support strong results for sales expansion within CRB Treasury Management. The role provides reporting and analysis for business sales teams and sales productivity across current and future systems, and collaborates with cross-functional Treasury Management CRB teams to measure sales activity and opportunities. It also designs, builds, and maintains Tableau dashboards and reports, processes incentives, and supports incentive processes. Other reporting and analytics duties may include special projects and strategic efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of analyst experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to produce accurate, actionable analyses in a timely manner.
Experience creating self-service dashboards that help internal business partners access and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
Experience processing incentive plans for a line of business or segment.
Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through job aids or guides.

Responsibilities

Consult with the Sales Performance Manager and Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting.
Provide data deliverables and analysis for business sales teams and sales productivity analysis across current and future systems, including Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Treasury Management CRB to help measure sales activity and opportunities.
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
Process incentives and support incentive processes.
Perform other assigned reporting and analytics duties, including special projects and strategic efforts.
