Senior TM Sales Data and Insights Analyst
About The Position
The Senior TM Sales Data and Insights Analyst leads the development and delivery of sales performance metrics that support revenue growth and sales expansion within CRB Treasury Management. The role consults with the Sales Performance Manager and senior management to develop comprehensive reporting, and provides data deliverables and analysis for business sales teams and sales productivity across current and future systems. It also applies analytics and cross-functional collaboration to measure sales activity and opportunities, builds and maintains Tableau dashboards and reports, and processes and supports incentive processes. Additional reporting and analytics work may include special projects and strategic efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of analyst experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to produce accurate, actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
- Experience creating self-service dashboards that help internal business partners access and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
- Experience processing incentive plans for a line of business or segment.
- Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through job aids and/or guides.
Responsibilities
- Consult with the Sales Performance Manager and senior management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting.
- Provide data deliverables and analysis for business sales teams and sales productivity across current and future systems, including Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Treasury Management CRB area to measure sales activity and opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Process incentives and support incentive processes.
- Perform other reporting and analytics duties as assigned, including special projects and strategic efforts.
