About The Position

The Senior Teller is a key contributor to U.S. Bank’s unified customer experience and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in accordance with the bank’s Core Values. The role handles routine financial transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, advances, and payments—while ensuring positive interactions with customers and non-customers. The Senior Teller identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate U.S. Bancorp products, and follows established policies and procedures when processing transactions to help mitigate risk. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location on all scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank’s Core Values.
Handle routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, advances, and payments.
Ensure positive interactions with customers and non-customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate U.S. Bancorp products.
Follow established policies and procedures while processing transactions to mitigate risk.
Perform sales and service activities in Consumer Banking and Branch Delivery locations.
