We’re one of Canada’s largest pension investors, with CAD$299.7 billion of net assets as of March 31, 2025. We invest funds for the pension plans of the federal public service, the Canadian Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Reserve Force. Headquartered in Ottawa, PSP Investments has its principal business office in Montréal and offices in New York, London and Hong Kong. Capturing and leading complex global investments requires us to work as one to seize valuable opportunities, in close collaboration with some of the world’s top companies. At PSP Investments, you’ll join a team of motivated and engaged professionals, dedicated to propelling our organization further than ever before. The GenAI & Digital Workplace team, part of Technology, Data and Operations (TDO), builds and operates the enterprise AI and collaboration platforms that PSP’s investment and corporate teams rely on every day. Under the Catalyst AI Initiative, the team manages a multi-platform environment spanning Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude for Work, and emerging AI services — with a strong emphasis on governance, information security, and responsible adoption. The Senior Technology Specialist is the operational backbone of this ecosystem: the person who keeps the platforms running, the configurations correct, the users supported, and the compliance data flowing. The Senior Technology Specialist administers and supports PSP’s GenAI and Digital Workplace platforms (including but not limited to Microsoft 365/Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude for Work) to ensure their availability, security, and compliance with enterprise governance standards.
