About The Position

The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing program estimation, monitoring, and control to ensure successful delivery of medium-complexity projects. This position leads cross-functional coordination, manages risks, and drives stakeholder consensus through effective communication and relationship building. The role requires expertise in financial management, program planning, and technology landscape awareness to align projects with strategic objectives. The incumbent supports business operations by providing actionable insights, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards, ultimately contributing to operational excellence and the achievement of organizational goals. The Global Tech Platform (GTP) Program Management Office (PMO) drives strategic program delivery and operational excellence across key pillars including Cloud & Data, Developer Productivity, Runtime, and Platform Infrastructure & Critical Facilities. The team provides governance, structured execution, and resource alignment to enable clear and timely delivery of complex initiatives. Operating with a defined rhythm for planning, execution, and reporting, the PMO collaborates closely with engineering and product leaders to enhance delivery predictability, manage dependencies, and maintain stakeholder alignment across cross-functional programs. Strong communication, program management, and planning skills are essential to support these efforts effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations clearly.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
  • Proficient in program planning, defining goals, deliverables, and accountability matrices.
  • Solid understanding of technology strategy and its alignment with business objectives.
  • Skilled in building relationships and collaborating across teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
