About The Position

The Production Operations role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements. Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, such as pH meters, conductivity meters, analytical balances, automated and semi-automated production equipment to deliver high quality product to downstream customers.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years relevant experience.
High School Diploma
AA Degree or Tech degree preferred
Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)
