The Production Technician role involves operating process equipment safely and efficiently, assisting in maintaining an organized and clean workplace across the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms. The position requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, teamwork ability, and the capacity to be self-starting while following directions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years’ experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives and grit blasting metals
  • Computer Familiarity
  • Good English reading and comprehension skills
  • Must be available to work split shift
  • Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a results-oriented culture
  • Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds
  • This position is compliant to US government ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assist others to provide an organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms
  • Other duties assigned
