The role involves supporting production operations, knowing all procedures for each line within the Louisville, KY facility, and working to improve safety, quality, and production within the facility.

Requirements

At least 3 years of prior manufacturing experience
Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, lift, and lower weights up to 50 pounds
Safety toe shoes are required on the distribution floor

Responsibilities

Support production operations
Know all procedures for each line within the Louisville, KY facility
Work to improve safety, quality, and production within the facility
Learn all procedures for each line
Be a leader to their peers
Perform production duties related to the construction of manufactured industrial sized filters and training employees
Maintain clean work area and equipment
Follow standard work process
Read a tape measure to the 32nd
Carry out quality and testing checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices
Perform banding, gasketing, gluing, potting, cutting cores, seaming, and packaging products
Work with other employees in a team environment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
