The Production Operations role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma
  • Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP)

Nice To Haves

  • AA Degree or Tech degree preferred
  • A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)

Responsibilities

  • Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, such as pH meters, conductivity meters, analytical balances, automated and semi-automated production equipment to deliver high quality product to downstream customers.
