The Senior Technician, Managed Services supports and manages IT infrastructure and end-user systems across The Salvation Army (TSA) locations, ensuring availability, performance, and security. The role involves hands-on technical support, system upgrades, and collaboration with stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational goals. This role is a critical part of the MIT team, which is focused on empowering TSA by saving frontline teams time and enhancing the quality of service through smart, reliable technology. This is a temporary, fixed-term 12-month contract position.
