Responsibilities

  • Handle the administrative aspects of managing employee benefit programs in various countries (Canada, the United States, and France)
  • Process and track changes related to employee benefits in the systems
  • Generate, validate, and track reports, including billing for employee benefit programs
  • Serve as a point of contact to answer questions from employees and suppliers
  • Assist the team with the annual benefits renewal process
  • Work with the team on various projects related to employee benefit programs
  • Analyze, recommend improvements to, and enhance administrative tools and processes
  • Help prepare internal communications related to employee benefits
  • Help update the intranet to improve the employee experience
  • Help draft documents, procedures, and policies in collaboration with the team
  • Contribute to special projects
  • Participate in the year-end process related to salary increases.
