Senior Manager, Global Compensation

XplorAtlanta, GA
$150,000 - $165,000

About The Position

We need a senior compensation leader who can design and execute equity, incentive, and global comp programs for a PE-backed, multi-country organization. You'll own everything from cap table management to international pay equity compliance, building scalable compensation infrastructure as we scale post-merger.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years managing equity programs in PE-backed or venture-backed companies
  • Direct experience running a cap table — you've managed grants, vesting, and equity administration through a full cycle
  • Deep knowledge of international compensation compliance, especially pay equity regulations in UK, Australia, and Canada
  • Proven track record designing and managing commission plans for sales and field service organizations
  • Strong analytical skills — you model comp scenarios, forecast costs, and translate data into executive-ready recommendations
  • Experience with compensation tools like Radford, Carta, or similar platforms
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you don't wait for perfect data to make sound decisions

Nice To Haves

  • CCP, CEP, or similar compensation certification
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or multi-brand portfolio companies
  • Post-merger integration experience, especially harmonizing comp structures across acquisitions

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage PE equity programs — RSUs, options, carry plans — from grant to liquidity event
  • Own the cap table end-to-end: grants, vesting schedules, equity tracking, 409A support, and board reporting
  • Build and maintain commission and bonus plans for sales, field services, and professional services teams across multiple business units
  • Ensure pay equity compliance across UK, Australia, Canada, and other international markets — reporting, audits, and remediation
  • Partner with Finance on comp planning, modeling, and EBITDA impact analysis
  • Lead annual compensation cycle: merit, promotion, market adjustments, and equity refresh planning
  • Run benchmarking and market analysis to keep comp programs competitive and cost-effective
  • Build compensation frameworks that scale as the business grows and integrates acquisitions

Benefits

  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • #GiveBackDays/Commitment to social impact – 3 extra days off to volunteer and give back to your local community
  • Ongoing dedication to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives such as D&I Council
  • Access to free mental health support
